Hektor Monroy

A world-renowned Mexican beverage consultant and mixologist, Héktor Monroy is celebrated for leading high-profile bar programs and luxury tastings across four continents. His prestigious career includes directing Unico by Mauro Colagreco in Shanghai and creating the innovative "Colour Tasting" experience for elite fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, and Armani. Named the Best Mexican Mixologist in Europe and listed among the 100 most outstanding Mexicans abroad, Héktor has also served as a judge for the China Wine & Spirits Awards and managed global experience programs for Matusalem Rum. As an Agave and Rum specialist, he brings unparalleled expertise to five-star hotels and high-end gastronomic projects worldwide.

lorena lozano

Lorena Lozano is a designer and the founder of Estudio Tentación, a studio dedicated to creating emotional connections through holistic branding and interior design. With a background in innovation and design thinking inspired by methodologies from Stanford and IDEO, she has spearheaded diverse restaurant and bar projects across Spain, Mexico and the United States. Lorena has designed for major restaurant groups, including the complete brand universe for Rosi La Loca World in Madrid, and recently collaborated with Handshake (voted the World’s Best Bar in 2024) on their latest project. A recognized voice in the industry, she was invited by the Basque Culinary Center to speak on the critical importance of the brand universe in hospitality. Deeply connected to Norway through her personal life, Lorena bridges her vibrant and coloful Latin heritage with Norwegian soul to create concepts that resonate on a global scale.
